2021 UPDATE

It’s time to go swimming at the Kingwood Place Village pool!  The Kingwood Place Village Community Pool will open this weekend May 1st, weekends only.  Summer opening is June 1st, Tuesday – Sunday. This year we will be open on Monday May 31st for Memorial Day.
 
The pool tags are being mailed to those who request them along with a waiver that must be signed and taken to the pool when you go to swim.
 
The 2020 pool tags are being used since we had so many left over from last year due to COVID. 
When you receive the pool tags you will notice they have year 2020 on them, so understand they are being accepted at all the pools in the Kingwood area that are members of Kingwood Service Association Joint Pool Agreement.
All the villages with pools will accept the same pool tag, if you attend another pool outside your village you will be required to sign another waiver for that pool.

POOL TAG INFORMATION
Pool tags are required for admittance to the pool and must be worn by each individual swimming in the pool.  After the return form deadline, pool tags may be obtained from the Kingwood Association Management Office.  All accounts must be paid in full before you can receive your pool tags.  If you need assistance, please call Prestige Association Management Group, 281-607-7707.

POOL PARTIES
If a KWPV homeowner has current pool tags, they can plan an event at the pool.  You can invite up to 12 guests in addition to your family members with current pool tags. There is no charge for the event.  We limit the event to two hours during the pool's operating hours and not more than one party can be booked at a time.
